27 Jan Broadway Stars at Home
Broadway stars at home are just like you and me. They have a daughter that loves watching cartoons and going to the playground. They find having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher are essential to staying sane. And they travel to Times Square 6 days a week to perform to thousands of people on the Great White Way. Okay, so maybe that part is just a bit different.
When Jeff Kready, most recently seen on Broadway in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, and Nikki Renee Daniels, currently wowing audiences at The Book of Mormon, decided they wanted to create a home for their daughter, who, by the way, is ridiculously beautiful, they knew they would have to compromise on a few things, but weren’t afraid to think outside the box to get most of what they want. When they stumbled upon a complete gut in Manhattan’s Hamilton Heights neighborhood, they knew they had to act fast. Buying the property is quite possibly the ‘easy’ part. These two full time Broadway professionals had to not only juggle full-time jobs that require impeccable health and raising their sweet baby girl, but also live in a residence separate from their renovation space and remain patient as permits and board permissions rolled in slowly. Check out the newest episode of Nooks with Nestrs as we get an exclusive tour of this Broadway couple’s classy 3 bedroom Manhattan home.
