13 Aug Nick’s Next Challenge
Last week I bragged about Nick and the ONE thing he did for 66 days to help him get focused and start building life changing habits.
And he’s still at it.
I can’t tell you how proud I am of him. It’s one thing to say you’re going to do something that’s going to change your day to day habits and it’s another to follow through, do it, and then do it again.
Anyway, some of you are reaching out and sharing words of support with Nick! And so many of you are asking how his new habit is going.
Well, I am curious too…
As a very observant wife, I’m noticing throughout the day, when Nick isn’t meditating or running, he seems more focused and self-aware.
I haven’t joined Nick on this habit creation journey yet but, I can totally see the benefits through Nick. I’m naturally a very anxious person so I’m considering jumping on his meditation bandwagon.
The moral of the story, so far, is good things come to those who start small and don’t give up.
